WAREHOUSE
A 400 sq m warehouse and two automated storage systems for raw materials and semi-finished goods enable us to stock material reserves for urgent requirements and deliver scheduled orders.
WASHING
We utilise a new vacuum, modified alcohol and ultrasonic washing system for the cleaning and degreasing of components, applying protective treatments where required.
Each component is assigned a dedicated washing cycle to achieve optimal results based on its specific characteristics.
ASSEMBLY
We can supply our manufactured components pre-assembled for final use, in accordance with customer specifications.
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Upon request, we can provide 2D and 3D technical drawings based on samples supplied by the customer.
We use software applications such as Mastercam and Solidworks to programme complex machining processes.
Heat and surface treatments
We rely on selected partners for all component treatments.
Packaging and labelling
Depending on the component type, we package finished products using our own packaging or materials supplied by the customer.
After-sales support
Leveraging our extensive experience, we provide technical support before, during, and after the production process.
