We rely on the Vicivision optical measuring system to perform comprehensive component inspections with enhanced speed and superior precision. This instrument generates comprehensive measurement reports, which are available to customers upon request.
We also rely on conventional measuring instruments for the inspection of our components, such as:
- Digital vernier callipers
- Digital micrometers
- Thread plug and ring gauges
- Pin and ring gauges for shaft and special bore inspection
- Digital micrometer dial indicators
- Surface roughness tester
- Hardness tester
- Profile projector
All our instruments are certified and calibrated in compliance with industry standards.
